Friendly and Helpful Staff

During our stay at Jeju Sun Hotel And Casino, we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff. When we arrived, it was raining and the parking attendant immediately came over with an umbrella to guide us to the underground parking. Their attentiveness to our needs, especially with young children, was a lovely welcome.

Excellent customer service, helpful staff. Early check-in offered and assistance with luggage. Convenient location near airport, shops, and restaurants. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

Decent rooms and friendly staff make this hotel a passable place to stay. the proximity to the airport is a plus, and the shops and restaurants nearby are convenient for basic supplies and food. the free wifi works well enough to stay connected with loved ones back home.

This hotel falls short on several aspects. the breakfast buffet is underwhelming, with limited options and a lack of local cuisine.

Located in the center area of the city, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring Jeju. Situated very near to the airport, you can even catch a glimpse of planes landing from the window. The surrounding area has a lively atmosphere with pubs lining the street, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options.

It is worth noting that the air conditioning in the hotel can be stifling at times, causing discomfort for some guests.

Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like a Spa center, a Karaoke lounge, and private facilities.

Despite the luxurious amenities, there was a minor issue with the TV, which required payment to view, and the lack of English instructions made it difficult to use.
