Fantastic budget accommodation close to Parnell village. Two room apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Helpful staff and lots of parking.

Great parking for guests and the rooms were clean and fresh. the fact that the rooms had heating was a big plus, especially during the cold nights. the check-in process was simple and fast, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The lack of heating in the bathroom made it uncomfortable, as the tiles were very cold. It would have been nice to have the option of a makeup facecloth instead of using a white towel.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good restaurant, easy access to amenities and attractions.

We loved staying here! It was situated in a quiet residential area with a lovely park leading to a bay where we could swim. The location was great, only a short walk away from Parnell Village. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly receptionist who gave us a Seaview and a late check out to the helpful cleaner and the smiling cafe staff who made great coffee.

My premier room had an amazing balcony with breathtaking city views. The decor was tasteful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, complete with an electric blanket. The friendly staff provided helpful service and the breakfast was enjoyable. I recommend this hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! Likes include the excellent staff, who were friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a great selection of food. the location was perfect, with a pretty walk through the nearby reserves to explore. the complementary shampoo and body wash were luxurious and the beds were super comfortable.

The shower over the high bath, which was slippery and difficult to get in and out of. the view from the room was just of some apartments that needed maintenance.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious and nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful view. The location was perfect, close to the city centre, and the staff were always friendly and professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Although it was not very close to the centre, it was so close to everything we wanted to visit. We had a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with fantastic views. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the convenience of free parking.

That there was a bit of a delay with housekeeping, but they were fully booked, so it was understandable.

During my stay at the Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money I received. The adjoining restaurant was open late, allowing me to enjoy a delicious meal even though I arrived late. The staff, particularly the check-in staff, were friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was excellent, especially for those attending events at Spark Arena. The view over the city was spectacular, and the rooms were not noisy and were kept warm. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep.

While the bathroom was clean, it did feel a bit dated, which slightly diminished the overall experience. Additionally, the kettle in the room was quite loud, which caused some disturbance.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Parnell for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the city skyline and harbour. The room size and comfort exceeded my expectations, with two queen beds in a separate bedroom and a balcony to enjoy the views. The shower was incredible and the entire room was very clean. I also appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere at night, allowing for a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel was situated within walking distance to beautiful gardens and a top-notch cafe.

We had a fantastic stay at the Parnell Hotel. the top floor room we got provided breathtaking views of the harbour. the location was convenient for exploring Parnell, Newmarket, and the Domain. the price was surprisingly reasonable compared to other hotels in the city. the check-in staff, especially the male person at night, was amazing. Our room exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable.

This hotel was a great place to stay for the price. The rooms were really clean and nice. I booked two rooms for family and they loved their stay. The price was amazing and it was so close to town. The restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was fast, and there was plenty of free parking. The hotel had a good location and some rooms even had pleasant city views.
