We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to shopping malls. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us. the highlight of our stay was the delicious Korean breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which we found to be the best in the city. the overall experience was impeccable, with beautiful design, cleanliness, and top-notch service. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the clean and new facilities at this hotel. The location was ideal, being close to the main train station and subway. The friendly staff and quite rooms made my stay even more pleasant. I had a wonderful stay at L'Escape. The hotel is beautifully decorated and located in a great area of Seoul. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our honeymoon even more special. The attached Starbucks was convenient for a quick refreshment, and the bar on the top floor was a great place to relax. The breakfast at Palais de Chine was a pleasant surprise with individually prepared hot Chinese dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning design, convenient location, and superb hospitality.

The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the restaurant and bar.

The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated in a central area of the city, making it convenient to explore other tourist areas and easily return for a rest during the day. the delicious breakfast provided a delightful and peaceful start to each day, setting a calm and sweet tone for the rest of the day.

There were some aspects of the hotel experience that were less than satisfactory. The check-in and check-out process left much to be desired, taking a significant amount of time which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel had some good things. First of all, the hotel was very well located, close to many shops and tourist attractions. they offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the hotel.

The hotel was not well-maintained, as the carpets were dirty and the rooms smelled musty. the staff did not speak fluent English, making it difficult to communicate effectively.

The staff's professionalism and helpfulness, impeccable design and cleanliness, top-notch services, exceptional comfort, and overall 5-star quality experience. The hotel surpassed expectations and set a high standard for others.
