We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the underground station and within walking distance to the train station. The staff here were amazing, providing top-notch service and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a variety of facilities, such as a fitness center, restaurant, and coffee shop, giving us plenty of options for leisure activities. The Wi-Fi worked well and the 24-hour reception and security added an extra sense of convenience and safety. we were highly impressed with this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean and comfortable rooms, even if not spacious. Courteous and English-fluent staff. Fitness center and complimentary amenities like a bowling alley available. Comfortable and pampering stay.

The room makeup service at La Casa Hotel is exceptional. Every time our room was refreshed, it looked brand new. The housekeeping staff deserves high praise for their excellent work. The hotel's location next to Ikea, a small mall, and Costco is convenient. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep our room clean and organized, especially when we were traveling with a toddler. The hotel deserves a higher star rating than it has.

The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved, as we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and movement above. The pillows provided lacked neck support.

The view from our room was really nice and we had plenty of space to move around. There were some nice amenities included, like a mini-fridge and tea-making supplies. We were also close to some popular shopping areas and public transportation which was really convenient.

We did feel quite isolated at times since there weren't many places to walk around nearby. Despite some positives, we probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.
