The staff was friendly and accommodating, felt like a higher-star service. The location with a view of the hanok village from the rooftop pool was gorgeous. The general manager was incredibly helpful and hospitable, going the extra mile to ensure our special dietary needs were met. The hotel overall was comfortable to stay in, with a good breakfast selection and great A/C.

I absolutely loved the beautiful hanok view from my room. the traditional architecture added a special touch to my stay. the database provided excellent and user-friendly features that made it easy to navigate and find the information I needed.

One minor drawback was that some of the photos in the database were not high-quality and made it difficult to fully appreciate the details of certain accommodations. This small issue could be easily resolved with higher resolution images.

The Lahan Hotel Jeonju was a pleasant stay with its excellent location by Hanok Village and friendly staff. the spacious rooms were comfortable, and the gym was well equipped. the outdoor pool was a highlight, although the extra fee was unexpected. I appreciated the manager's exceptional service, especially with accommodating my son's food allergy during breakfast. the sauna and pool added to a relaxing experience, while the nearby landmarks enriched our family bonding, exploring the diverse streets and cultural centers around the hotel.

The room was cozy, with a safe and two fluffy pillows. Right outside, we had a great time exploring the nearby village streets - so much to see and do without having to go far. We loved the heated outdoor pool and the new saunas in the basement, especially the one for women. And the breakfast spread had Korean and Western options that were tasty.

It's a bummer that they charge extra for using the pool when the overall cost is already high. Plus, the hallway light sensor was a nuisance at night, disturbing my roommate.

I had a fantastic stay at Lahan Hotel in Jeonju. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the edge of the hanok village. The view from my room was breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast offerings were extensive and delicious, with both Korean and Western options. The room itself was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were kind and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to the male staff member at the pool who went above and beyond to help me and my friends, even charging my iPhone for me. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff.
