My family and I spent 2 nights at Lotte Hotel and it was perfect for our family trip. The hotel's location near restaurants and public transportation made it convenient for us to explore. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, despite the one-time use restriction. we had a great stay and made precious memories.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we needed directions to a shop. They went above and beyond, even when they were off duty, to ensure we found the right exit in the underground. The location of the hotel was great, right on top of a large department store and with easy access to a variety of restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. we were impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff at Lotte Hotel.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the excellent facilities. The transportation was incredibly convenient, with the subway station right below the hotel. The location was perfect, away from the crowded areas, yet still in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the main shopping and restaurant areas in Seomyeon. The staff was attentive and friendly.

I stayed at Lotte Hotel for my first visit to South Korea and had a great experience. The staff provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcomed and special. The complimentary luggage service to Busan station was very helpful. The hotel's location near Somyeon station with direct underground access was convenient. The buffet had a nice variety of high-quality food. The club floor amenities, including room service and spa, were perfect for resting and recuperating. The spacious and neat hotel interior and convenient facilities exceeded my expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Busan! The staff at the front desk and concierge were extremely helpful, always ready to assist with taxis and provide useful advice. The hotel's location was excellent, right on top of a massive department store and close to bustling markets, restaurants, and the subway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool. Additionally, the club lounge dining facility provided a great spread for breakfast and evening cocktails.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Haeundae district and Jagalchi Fish market. The hotel itself was amazing, with top-notch facilities and friendly staff. The Lotte Mall underneath was a great convenience for shopping. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We will definitely re-book here on our next visit!

The hotel also had additional amenities such as an ATM and a business center. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Lotte Hotel.

The hotel offers great service, knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal, with easy access to a shopping mall, metro, and nearby pedestrian street. As a group of friends, we also enjoyed the convenience of tax return services in the lobby and the availability of a bag drop-off.

Plus, the complimentary shuttle service to the beach was a game changer. an unforgettable stay with jaw-dropping views from the room and an IMPRESSIVE entrance hall.

I really loved the health facilities at this hotel, especially the friendly and polite staff working there. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas in the city center. It was also great to be next to the Lotte Department store, which had a huge selection of great stores.

This hotel was perfect for our luxurious getaway. The exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all our needs, with a relaxing spa and wellness centre that had a range of massages available. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot spring bath too. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic, with a delicious buffet breakfast. The private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience. The prime location was excellent for sightseeing and had easy access to the metro.

The only minor issue we had was with the leisure/ TV room, which could have had more options for entertainment. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a sauna, pool, and fitness club, where guests can relax and unwind.

One downside is that the hotel can be quite crowded, especially during peak tourist season.
