Perfect location, close to attractions and local eateries. Great view and diverse breakfast selection. the staff were polite, welcoming, and always smiling.

The A/C was controlled by the hotel and we weren't informed about it. We had trouble sleeping because the temperature kept switching to heat, making the room too hot.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-run hotel with a breathtaking view. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and even provided me with great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options in the area. I especially loved its convenient location near Galata Tower and the Sultanahmet area. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic: cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location - right next to the Galata bridge, very near to the stations of public transportation, in a quiet alley close to everything. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
