I had a fantastic stay at Ada Karakoy Hotel - Special Category. the hotel is in great shape and our room was comfortable and quiet. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect for visiting Istanbul's attractions, and the views from the cafeteria were astonishing. the staff even prepared sandwiches for us when we had to leave early for breakfast. the hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The A/C was controlled by the hotel and we weren't informed about it. We had trouble sleeping because the temperature kept switching to heat, making the room too hot.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near various transportation options, including ferries and bus stops, making it easy to explore different destinations. the neighborhood was also vibrant, with plenty of small boutiques and good restaurants to choose from.

The room I stayed in was not very spacious, but it was still adequate for my needs. Additionally, there was no service available on the terrace rooftop except for breakfast.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is located in a quieter neighbourhood but still within striking distance of the main sights. I found it very convenient that the area is flat so I didn't have to face steep inclines. The hotel is situated in the best area here, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing, especially the manager, who was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond. The rooms are clean and spacious and there are plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this place to all.

We felt so comfortable and at home here, thanks to the attentive and professional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
