The staff were friendly, eager to help, and responsive, which made a

big difference in the overall experience. My favorite part was the rooftop foot spa. The room design was modern and comfortable, but I found the elevators a bit slow, especially in rush hour. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place!

Amazing rooftop foot spa that helped me unwind!

The breakfast process was unnecessarily convoluted. You have to purchase a breakfast coupon the night before, which was maddening when the restaurant was almost empty. Additionally, the elevators were incredibly slow, causing frustrating waits of up to five minutes, especially during busy hours.

The bed and pillow were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after exploring Seoul.

The breakfast at Villa de Charlotte was quite pricey for the offerings, and I found it didn't provide good value for money.

The reasons I’m conflicted

The location was great! It's right next to Myeongdong station and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The air-conditioning in room was insufficient for summer, a bit warm to sleep at night.

The elevators take forever, especially during peak hours!!! Towel hooks would definitely be useful in the bathroom instead of leaving wet towels around the room!!! A weighing scale is available but ice is not provided!!! Improvements needed!!!

The location is a dream! Just steps from Myeongdong Station and all the vibrant shopping streets. The staff were super friendly and spoke in easy-to-understand English, which made everything smoother! Plus, free Wi-Fi that actually works!

Fantastic location just steps from the metro and airport bus pickup. it was incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, cozy, and quiet, providing a great environment for rest. Loved having a water dispenser on every floor to refill bottles and the thoughtful charging options with USB plugs. The nearby food street offered delicious gyu-don dishes, complementing a well-rounded stay. However, the twin bed rooms were quite small for a family, and the lack of connecting rooms made it slightly inconvenient for our larger group.

Awesome location and friendly staff!

Had a fun stay! The room was cozy, but I noticed the shower drained kinda slow, which was annoying. The rooftop bar was super chill, even though it was closed for a private event. Props to the staff for being so helpful! Grabbed a drink at the lounge area, and it was nice. Can't beat being right in the middle of Myeongdong.
