The spacious outdoor areas provided a delightful environment for relaxation, especially the large swimming pool that was great for the family.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It’s close to the airport and about 20 minutes from the heart of San Jose. The entrance is impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

The spacious rooms were a joy, especially the lovely junior suite with two queen beds. The gym was impressive, with plenty of equipment, making workouts enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, and breakfast included some decent options. Pool area was clean, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Just be aware—some amenities could use updates.

the furnishings were so outdated and worn, truly delightful if you enjoy vintage! plus, I received no towel service despite my requests. how could they not upgrade me for enduring that? the pool was freezing, which truly added to my relaxation. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t, with such utter neglect happening here.

Free wi-fi was handy, and the outdoor pools looked beautiful but the gym was cramped.

The suite we stayed in was huge, and the in-room jacuzzi was such a treat after a long day. I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and indulging in a relaxing massage at the spa. The only thing was the water pressure could've been better in the morning, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

absolutely terrible experience. the gym opens at 9 am on weekends, like who thought that was a good idea? my room had an old, annoying smell like moist carpets, just delightful. i highly expected a room upgrade after all the inconveniences, but clearly, my loyalty meant nothing here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel is part of a larger complex, with exciting features like several outdoor pools and a nearby casino.

For dads, it would be great if the gym had windows.

The breakfast had many options, and I enjoyed the delicious rice and beans. One day, I had a plumbing issue and no water, so I woke up early to shower. I appreciated the proximity to a mall and the bus stop outside. The stay felt suitable for someone like me who enjoys cultural experiences and exploring new places.

It was just a solid selection for a short staycation in San Jose with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I really enjoyed the delicious rice and beans they served. Make sure to ask for extra towels at check-in to avoid any delays later.

Dining at the Pirates bar offered a decent range of food options and provided great value for money. However, the hotel did show signs of wear, including outdated furnishings and some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall atmosphere. Despite the positives, cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms of our suite.
