The location of Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower is absolutely ideal. We were able to easily walk to Myeong-Dong Walking Street, Lotte Department Store, and Eulji-Ro Metro Station. The impeccable service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always friendly and courteous. We also had access to Le Salon, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, high tea, and happy hours.

Great location for shopping and close to Myeongdong. Beautifully decorated rooms with spacious bathrooms. Less crowded than the main building, offering a more private experience. Excellent service from kind and attentive staff. Amazing breakfast buffet at La Seine restaurant.

The upgraded suite was beautiful, with clean rooms and an abundance of amenities. The staff went above and beyond in their friendliness and helpfulness. The location was convenient, with the metro just in front of the hotel and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel was directly linked to Lotte department store, and there were food stalls and a supermarket in the basement. a great place to stay for both adults and children.

We had an amazing time at this luxury hotel. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a well-stocked minibar and plush bathrobes. the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. We loved the restaurant's special diet menus, and the guest services hotline was always helpful. the pool and wellness center added extra relaxation to our stay. the staff was attentive and the massages were fantastic.

The only issue we encountered was the lack of seating in the lobby, which made waiting for our car service uncomfortable. But that was minor compared to all the positive aspects that this hotel had to offer.

Christmas decorations were impressive, and the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. Hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

The walls were very thin, and we could hear everything going on in the hallways and neighbouring rooms. the breakfast buffet was overcrowded and hectic, and the food was not very appetizing.

We also enjoyed dining at the charming La Seine restaurant, which was in walking distance to the vibrant Myeongdong area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. The bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality products. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who spoke English fluently. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and outdoor rooftop park.

We did experience a minor disappointment when we tried to avail of the afternoon tea at the executive lounge during our late checkout, only to be told that we could only have the tea and not the accompanying food. It would have been nice if this small perk was extended to all guests, especially considering our length of stay.
