The room at Lotte was comfortable and the environment was really pleasant. The resort was conveniently located near the Baekje cultural centre and the Lotte outlet mall, making it a great spot for shopping and exploring. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, as it was closed to other resorts and tour sites.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to cultural sites and an outlet mall nearby. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was able to accommodate dietary restrictions. the swimming pool was quite large and clean.

The rooms were not adequately cleaned and maintained. the walls were dirty and the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly.
