Best aspects of our romantic escape were the spacious suite that we were upgraded to and the excellent breakfast with a wide range of options. the hotel's location in a charming and atmospheric area was also a major plus.

Worst aspects were the high prices at the hotel and the fact that the room decorations looked tired and dated.

During my solo trip, I found the location of the hotel to be extremely convenient. It was within walking distance to a local park where I joined a group practicing Tai Chi, adding a unique cultural experience to my visit. Moreover, it was easily accessible to most tourist destinations and the metro, allowing me to navigate the city effortlessly.

The general restaurant and room service menus lacked variety, including a limited selection of Chinese dishes.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the helpful concierge staff who arranged guided tours and taxis for us. The nearby lounge, "1953," was a highlight for enjoying cocktails every night. The location was perfect, close to a metro station and the Muslim food street. The gym and pool were nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a fantastic selection with plenty of vegetarian options.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the well-trained staff, fantastic food, and great facilities at Sofitel Xi'An On Renmin Square. The location was also perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Terracotta Army and Hotsprings. it exceeded my expectations in terms of service and amenities.
