Appreciation to the staff at the lobby who proactively helped us with our luggage and ensured we made it to the airport shuttle on time. The hotel's location was convenient for shopping and exploring local restaurants. The premium executive room was spacious and well-maintained.

My recent stay at a hotel in Seoul was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff at Lotte Hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated near Myongdong with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. We loved that the hotel was conveniently connected to a subway station, making it a great starting point for sightseeing and shopping. The room, although small, was fully equipped and comfortable. we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable - right in the shopping district and with the underground right outside. The attention to detail is impressive - from the spacious rooms with Club Lounge access to the best espresso latte I've had in Korea. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. there were inconsistencies with the toiletries provided by housekeeping.
