The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations with many lines, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provides excellent service and are always willing to assist with any issues or questions. The hotel is also close to a bus stop, allowing for easy transportation around the area.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the hallway and the custodial staff's storage area, which resulted in unpleasant smells.

The hotel was very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from a subway station and close to several restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The room itself was well-decorated and cozy, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the WiFi was extremely slow and often disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family back home.

The staff at Jongno Dongdaemun Lumia Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had trouble with the door to my room, they promptly assisted me and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but is easily accessible from Sinseoldong Station. Although it was a bit challenging to find for the private vehicle we hired, the staff provided clear directions. Additionally, when the thermos in my room didn't work, they quickly replaced it with a new one. I had a pleasant stay at Jongno Dongdaemun Lumia Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely nothing

The housekeeping staff provides daily refills of toiletries and does an excellent job. The cook is friendly and plays BTS music. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes from the subway. The receptionist is very accommodating.
