We had a delayed flight and booked the hotel airport pick-up service. Unfortunately, the shuttle had already left when we landed, and they were unable to arrange another one. We had to walk with our baby and suitcases back to the hotel.

Conveniently located with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Spacious room with two beds and a sofa, plus a variety of TV shows. Free airport shuttle available, making travel easy and hassle-free. Friendly and helpful staff with some English proficiency. Ample parking provided with two levels available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with various markets and food streets close by. The hotel had spacious entry and offered jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool without charges. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the view of the pool area was great. The lobby had a luxurious feel with many shops. Additionally, there was free parking available.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was attentive and offered exceptional service at the restaurant, bar, and poolside snack bar. the Spa Lounge was a highlight of my stay, offering a variety of treatments and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also enjoyable, with comfortable sun loungers and beautiful garden surroundings. With the private facilities available, the intimate and exclusive experience truly made this a memorable stay.

The casino experience didn't live up to my expectations. the limited options for games and the atmosphere didn't match that of other five-star hotels.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape in Jeju. the complementary breakfast and shuttle service were excellent, and the close proximity to the airport was very convenient. the hotel also had numerous shops nearby which made for easy access to necessities. We enjoyed the stunning view from our room which truly added to the romantic atmosphere.

There were a few things that could be improved. the restaurant was on the pricier side, so we opted to eat at a nearby pizza shop instead.

Our family stayed at a hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel offered a pleasant view of the surrounding cityscape and a comfortable room with modern amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. In terms of service, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices each morning. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely swimming pool and a spacious gym for guests to enjoy.

The language barrier with some of the staff made communication difficult at times.

Comfortable bed, Korean breakfast, good customer service, attentive staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.
