The location couldn't be better. The hotel is right opposite Haeundae beach, so you can easily walk there. The views of the beach and sea from the hotel room are amazing. Plus, there is a bus stop right outside the building, making it convenient for transportation.

The elevator situation could be improved. There is only one elevator servicing three hotels in the building, so wait times can be quite long.

As young families, we loved the fantastic location of the hotel. It was a stone's throw away from the beach, perfect for enjoying some quality time with our kids. The sunrise view from our room window was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of our stay. We also appreciated the self-service laundry facility on level 5, which made it convenient for us to take care of our laundry needs. The presence of an airport limousine bus stop right outside the hotel was a huge plus, making our travel to Gimhae airport hassle-free. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with estimated transportation costs and ensuring a pleasant experience. Lastly, the hotel's gesture of replacing the broken mug for us without any charge was truly touching. These factors made our stay at Ms Hotel Haeundae memorable.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and offers stunning ocean views from the rooms. It's also within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The nearby train station made it easy for us to explore the area. The manager and staff were kind and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The modern bathroom with a high-tech toilet seat was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a larger room with an even better view. The convenience store and coffee shop on the first floor were a plus.

The carpet in the hallway was old, but it was still clean. The street and beach noise could be heard in our room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

This hotel is a great value for money and has superb attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with a king size bed and offer a wonderful seaside view. Plus, the basic amenities are provided in a tray on floors 6-10, which is very convenient. Additionally, the location of this hotel is the best highlight, right in the center of the Haeundae beach, within 10mins walk from Haeundae subway station.

The breakfast served was too simple to count as a genuinely included item.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the sea and beach. The hotel had clean toilets and a comfortable bed. We loved the convenience of the nearby public bus, which allowed us to easily explore Gwangalli Beach, Busan Station, Jagalchi Market, and Nampo-Dong. The location was at the center of everything, and the manager was incredibly friendly. The hotel itself was new and decorated in a simple, northern European style. The staff were also very nice, and we especially loved the wall of windows facing the sea. This three-star experience surpassed even the four-star hotel we stayed in Seoul. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a beach getaway away from the downtown area.

Felt lucky, nothing to complain about.

Great location near the beach and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was well-furnished and the coffee machine, ice, and water available near the front desk were complementary bonuses. The 1003 express bus stops nearby and takes you straight to the train station.

The elevator was way too slow and often crowded. The breakfast was really poor and shouldn't be considered as complimentary.

My partner and I stayed at Ms Hotel Haeundae for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach and a short walk to the subway station. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was exceptional. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.
