Spent New Year's Eve at this amazing hotel. The staff at reception is fantastic: they speak English and they are always keen to help. We particularly enjoyed the courtyard atmosphere which was really peaceful and calming. The hotel location is great: easy to get to and close to all the main attractions. A bonus was the complimentary breakfast which was fresh and delicious.

Cleanliness was clearly a problem, especially the bathroom. The table in the room was in need of a proper cleaning. In addition, the air conditioning unit was directly above the bed and could have been placed in a better location. this detracted from the experience, particularly as we had a baby with us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the polite and helpful staff at my stay at Museo. They spoke English well, which made communication easy for me as a foreigner. The hotel's courtyard had a great atmosphere that I really enjoyed.
