novotel in seoul was a pleasant surprise. clean rooms, prime location, and connected to a huge shopping mall. the staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay memorable.

The view from our room at Novotel was absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy the breathtaking scenery every morning and it made our stay even more memorable. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, providing us with a chance to relax and stay active during our trip. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. We also had the pleasure of experiencing the novo robot, which was a unique and enjoyable addition to our stay. The hotel's location next to the station and buses made getting around the city a breeze. Despite not much happening around the hotel, it was still convenient to reach the main tourist attractions within 40/50 minutes.

had a great stay in seoul with novotel! exceeded my expectations with clean rooms, prime location near yangon station & i park shopping mall, and friendly staff. loved the convenience of having a self-serve laundry mat and cu store in the hotel. shoutout to mr. sam and his amazing concierge team for their outstanding customer service!

One thing missing: limited nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel is super convenient as it is close to Yongsan shopping center and a huge shopping mall at the station called IPARK MALL. This is perfect for low-budget travelers who may need access to equipment or amenities. Additionally, being in the heart of the city allows for easy exploration and access to various attractions.

Although the room advantages were great, such as a comfortable bed and complimentary water bottles, there was one minor issue with the housekeeping not replenishing the water bottles when there was only one left, which can be frustrating for the traveler. this did not diminish the overall luxurious experience had at the hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable beds. The on-site amenities, such as the ATM and designated smoking area, added to the overall convenience of the hotel. With the subway station and mall attached to the hotel, as well as the Han River just a short walk away, Novotel Yongsan truly offers great value for money.
