For the price, the value of our stay at Park Hyatt was exceptional. The room was not only beautiful, but also offered an incredible view of the Gwangan Bridge and the boats. The location in Marine City provided a nice and convenient area for walking around. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and responsive in making our stay enjoyable.

The concierge service was excellent, making it easy for us to get around the city. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to the marina and within walking distance to the beach. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt for a total of 7 nights, split into two parts of my trip. The hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, offering great comfort, a friendly staff, and a prime location. The rooms, although modestly sized, are well-utilized and quiet. The staff is competent and always ready to assist with a smile. Moreover, the hotel is situated right on the boardwalk, providing easy access to a variety of eateries and shops. The best part was the breathtaking view from my room, making it hard to leave. a perfect choice for a pampering experience in the city.

The hotel is situated in a quite residential area by the sea, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the coastline from their rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff is highly attentive and fluent in English. There is also a convenience store nearby for snacks and the taxi service is readily available.

One guest mentioned that the hotel did not provide a kettle in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The room was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the city skyline and the bridge. the amenities were top-notch, with complimentary cookies, water, fruit, and tea. the gym was huge and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the option of workout classes. the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel was a bit out of the way, so we had to rely on taxis or subways to get to the city center. There was no happy hour offered at the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were impeccable and exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was heavenly and the massage was one of the best we've had. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained. Our room had exclusive advantages including a breathtaking view and comfortable beds. the restaurants provided exquisite halal food and the bar had a great lounge area with a vast selection of cocktails.

the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were not available for use due to maintenance.

Room has great amenities including complimentary cookies, water, fruit, and tea, and fluffy bathrobes. Gym is huge with side rooms to stretch or do yoga, and they offer workout classes. Staff is polite and helpful.
