I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rancho Mirage, Palm Spgs Area By Ihg. My room was modern and comfortable, featuring a lovely walk-in shower. The breakfast was impressive, offering hot selections like scrambled eggs and a variety of pastries, which I truly enjoyed. The staff were attentive and provided excellent assistance during my visit.

Check-in could be friendlier.

Room noise can be bothersome with disturbances from adjacent areas. Customer service inconsistency may leave guests feeling unsupported.

During my recent stay, i loved how close this hotel was to several dining options like the old spaghetti factory and babe's bar-b-que, not to mention the lovely rancho mirage community park just a short walk away, perfect for stretching my legs after a long drive. the beds were comfy and breakfast was decent, making my mornings enjoyable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I was really impressed with how clean and new everything looked including the rooms. The breakfast staff went out of their way, even helped us load our bags after breakfast, it was really nice. The location is awesome, just 5 minutes from a major medical center and we found so much storage in our 2 queen suite, it was just what we needed for family.

It wasn't cheap but for what you get, I think it's still acceptable.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hiking trails nearby are a plus. Noise from the kitchen in the morning was a bit annoying.

But my bathroom break turned into a show when housekeeping waltzed in unannounced. Who knew getting caught mid-makeup could be so entertaining?

During our stay, we visited the Living Desert Zoo, which was a hit with the kids, especially our baby! They had such cool animals, and it felt wonderful to explore as a family. The bed was super comfy for a restful night.

My wife says that a few more kid-friendly breakfast options would have been great.

Rooms are large with comfy beds, which was nice. I liked the variety of electrical charging options—so many plugs! But the TV setup was outdated. lots of channels didn’t work, which was a bummer. The cleanliness was okay, but my bathroom could've used better touch-ups after housekeeping. Overall, it was a decent stay, just a few quirks to iron out.
