The room was spacious and clean. The location was super convenient with a 7-Eleven nearby and public transport options right outside. I enjoyed the lovely view from the window and found the valet parking to be a nice surprise.

the rooms are absoolutely tiny, and that 'large double bed' was more like a small twin, how lovely! also, i suffered through breakfast every morning, it was mediocre at best. i thought, just maybe, they would upgrade my room for the inconvenience. could have been a good review, but alas, i just couldn’t.

I experienced several inconveniences during my stay. The hotel rooms felt a bit dated, which was disappointing considering my expectations. We also encountered issues with the breakfast, as the variety was limited and not particularly appealing. Plus, I found the lack of basic toiletries like toothpaste inconvenient—especially when it wasn't mentioned ahead of time.

Braw stay! The views of Hallasan mountain in the morning were pure magic. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the initial air conditioning issue was a wee bother. Overall, a cracking spot for exploring Jeju!

The hotel had excellent amenities like heated toilet seats. The reception staff's English needs some impruvements.
