This was my second stay at Shilla and it was still delightful. the hotel has an ideal location between the palace and Insadong street. the staff is polite and helpful, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and technologically advanced with amazing views. the breakfast is tasty and the bed and amenities are perfectly comfortable. the hotel also provides daily complimentary water, a small fridge, tea/coffee facilities, bathrobe and slippers. a great experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are well-appointed and the hotel offers amenities like a gym and a wine lounge with stunning city views. The breakfast and lunch buffet options are delicious, and the service in the dining room is top-notch. The hotel is also pretty high-tech, from the modern bathroom to the electronic room switches. a perfect choice for a family looking to explore the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a bustling business area. The staff here were top-notch, with the room service and housekeeping being excellent. The bell staff/porter helped me with my luggage and the tours/ticket assistance made my sightseeing experience seamless. The room amenities were also great, with tea and coffee facilities, an ironing board, and a mini-bar. The bathtub was a definite highlight and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

The complimentary wine and cheese in the evening was a nice touch and the location was perfect for exploring the area. the breakfast selection was also very good.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and it was uncomfortably warm. the check-in process was chaotic and took much longer than expected.

We had a great stay at a well-appointed hotel with an excellent location. We were able to walk to all the major attractions like the palaces, buchon hanok village, insa-dong, and myeong-dong. the hotel is also close to office buildings, so there were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making it a great choice for business travelers. the staff at the front desk were very helpful, even manually inputting the address for an Uber ride when it wouldn't accept it. the Cafe had delicious food, with generous portions. a great experience.
