This was my second stay at Shilla and it was still delightful. the hotel has an ideal location between the palace and Insadong street. the staff is polite and helpful, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and technologically advanced with amazing views. the breakfast is tasty and the bed and amenities are perfectly comfortable. the hotel also provides daily complimentary water, a small fridge, tea/coffee facilities, bathrobe and slippers. a great experience.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It's within walking distance of major historical sites, trendy neighborhoods, and great shopping and dining options. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are well-appointed and the hotel offers amenities like a gym and a wine lounge with stunning city views. The breakfast and lunch buffet options are delicious, and the service in the dining room is top-notch. The hotel is also pretty high-tech, from the modern bathroom to the electronic room switches. a perfect choice for a family looking to explore the city.
