I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was superb, with the reception clerk going above and beyond to help us with our luggage. The hotel is in an ideal location, nestled on a quiet street just a block away from the bustling tourist area of Insa-dong. It's close to many tourist attractions and the center of everything. The room was spacious, well-designed, and exceptionally clean, as the property had recently been renovated. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location in Insadong was perfect for exploring Seoul's historical sites, and the Jonggak metro station was conveniently close by. We found the bus system to be a great alternative to the metro, especially for reaching Myeongdong. The room was spacious and the staff was helpful. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast options were decent, but we also enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes for more variety.

I recently stayed at the Sunbee Hotel Insadong for 4 nights while exploring the Insadong and Myeongdong shopping districts. The breakfast buffet was an amazing value with a variety of hot, healthy, and delicious food. The spacious room had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge and a kettle. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main shopping street but tucked away in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering umbrellas when it was raining. it was a lovely and enjoyable experience.

The location of Sunbee Hotel Insadong was perfect for exploring all the major attractions in Seoul. I loved being able to walk to the palaces, shrine, and Hanok village. Plus, with the hotel being in Insadong district, there were plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the small entrance area to leave my shoes and having house shoes provided. The staff were always helpful and the laundry room was a useful amenity. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the bath water being cold on the first night, the staff quickly resolved it, and the rest of our stay was flawless. The breakfast was decent for the price, and the hotel even provided bathroom sandals for when the floor got wet after showering. I would highly recommend Sunbee Hotel Insadong for anyone visiting Seoul.

This hotel is located in a very nice district of the old center of Seoul, just a few meters away from the main tourist area. The rooms are well-equipped and come with 2 comfy queen size beds. Breakfast is included in the super value price.
