As a bigger group of friends, we loved the convenient location of the hotel and the variety of amenities nearby. The Starbucks and cafe in the lobby were a great addition, and the bakery and convenience stores at the back of the hotel made it super convenient. The Kintex convention center was just a short 10-minute walk away. The staff, especially the lady who checked us in, were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. They even provided us with an electric fan when our room was a bit hot. a pleasant stay with friendly and professional staff.

We felt really welcomed and had no complaints at all.
