I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location, away from the busy tourist center, was perfect. It was pretty close to pub street and right on the river that runs through the city. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast and lunch were quite good, and the open-air swimming pool was pleasant. the hotel is located alongside a canal and is only a $2 tuktuk ride from the city center. the nearby restaurants were also a plus.

Had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this boutique property. the staff was exceptional, offering some of the best service I've ever encountered. the property is new and well-designed, with elegant decor. Additionally, the upgraded room at the Residence was a true delight, offering a more modern and spacious experience.

It would have been nice to have prior knowledge that the Villa property was not open due to renovations. However, the alternative option, Montra Nivesha, was a lovely sister hotel with impeccable service, beautiful pools, and a great restaurant.
