Staff are friendly and speak English fluently, providing helpful information. Lobby is attractive and festive. Gym and pool facilities are impressive, with a wide range of equipment and amenities available.

We had a fantastic stay at The Plaza! The room was incredibly comfortable and had modern domotic features throughout. The bathroom was spotless and convenient, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The view of the city from our room was stunning. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially since we booked it upon arrival and got a special rate. The hotel's location was ideal, with a short 7 to 10-minute walk to the Gyeongbok Palace and another 10 minutes to the Changgyeong Palace. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were incredibly accommodating and polite, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We will definitely choose The Plaza, Autograph Collection, again for our next visit to Seoul!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, situated away from the noisy streets and neon lights, yet still conveniently close to major tourist spots. Additionally, the subway station just outside the main entrance made transportation incredibly convenient.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great gym and swimming pool in the annex. The location was perfect, right next to City Hall and the subway line, making it very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast at The Plaza Seoul is superb, with a huge choice of options including fabulous Asian cuisine. The hotel's location is excellent, opposite the City Hall and within walking distance of temples, parks, shopping areas, and a variety of restaurants and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. They gave us great recommendations for ATM facilities, eateries, and navigating the city. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. The location of the hotel was excellent for city sightseeing, as it was a short walking distance to the Myeong-dong district, a popular shopping and dining area. Additionally, the hotel was connected to an underground shopping arcade, providing convenience and shelter from the weather. The hotel was also close to City Hall Station and Seoul Station, making it easy to explore other areas of the city and providing convenient access to/from the airport. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice views of City Hall and Seoul Plaza. The amenities in the room, such as fast Wi-Fi, A/C and heating, and stocked fridge, made our stay very comfortable.

We had an amazing experience during our New Year's stay in Seoul. the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Additionally, we were delighted with the great service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

One aspect we did not like was the noise from nearby protests. While the protests were well-organized and usually ended by 7pm, they could be bothersome if you prefer to sleep in during the day.
