We had an excellent stay at Old Town - Tourism Apartments. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly accommodating, meeting us late at night when our flight was delayed and even arranging for an early breakfast before our tour. Any issues we had, such as a broken shower door, were promptly fixed. the apartment itself was well-appointed and conveniently located near food shops. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions. we highly recommend Old Town - Tourism Apartments for a stay in Porto.

The location was perfect, right in the center and just a 4-minute walk from Trinidad metro, which made it convenient for us to arrive from the airport. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. We were delighted to find water and Porto waiting for us as a welcome gift. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, from arranging early breakfasts for our morning tours to providing helpful tips and making reservations. We loved being able to explore everything within a few minutes' walk, including shopping areas, landmarks, train stations, and restaurants. it was a great stay.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city center is excellent, making it easy to reach by metro, especially since it is very close to the Trindade metro station on the airport line. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The breakfast delivered to our door was a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Filipa at the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the necessary information for check-in and answering our questions with a warm smile. She even suggested taking the metro instead of a taxi, which saved us money. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made a huge difference. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and stylish. If we ever return, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

I stayed at a Two Bedroom Apartment with 3 friends. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the guy from Mozambique. The location was excellent, close to the Trindade metro station for easy access to the airport. The apartment was spacious and clean with a well-designed and comfortable interior. We enjoyed a light meal in the kitchenette, although it was small. The hotel also provided a luggage storage option nearby for a small fee.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient with bars and bakeries all around. The big corner room with floor to ceiling windows and Juliette balconies was jaw-dropping! The design and furnishings were top-notch, and all the fittings worked perfectly. The kitchenette had everything we needed for basic meals. The staff, especially Filipa, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely shower room and comfortable bed. The location was excellent for exploring and close to restaurants. We loved the picnic hamper breakfast delivered every morning. The room had a living room and 2 flat-screen TVs, and the bathroom was modern and well-stocked with toiletries. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a lift, an electric kettle, and all the cookware and kitchen utensils we needed. The no-pets allowed policy and air conditioning were a big plus, and it was great that there was no smoking on site. this was a super place to stay, exceeding all our expectations!

As a guest at Porto Old Town - Tourism Apartments, I had a wonderful stay. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily navigate the city during our short stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The breakfast at the local cafe down the road was a delicious and authentic Portuguese experience. Additionally, the welcome gift of Porto Wine was a lovely gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with our stay.
