The staff at the concierge and front desk were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the gym facilities were amazing. The hotel also had a large pool, perfect for swimming laps. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities.

For the price, the room was great and had an amazing view of the city hall. The location was perfect, with lots of shopping options nearby. The staff were very hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, especially for kids.

The housekeeper on the 8th floor was lovely and provided great service. The hotel's location was well situated and quiet at night. The rooms, although a bit dated, were comfortable.

Great experience except the smoke. During our stay at the Westin Josun Seoul Hotel, we had a great experience overall. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant environment to relax in. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a few minutes' walk to the subway and the famous Myeongdong shopping district.

There was one downside to our stay. There was a guest on our floor who was smoking, and the smell of smoke was unbearable.
