I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Pristina that exceeded all my expectations. The staff at this establishment were incredibly efficient and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options and the flexibility they had for families with small children. The wellness facilities, including outdoor pools and a spa area, were top-notch. this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience that I cannot wait to return to next year!

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Pristina. The hotel had a modern and stylish decoration that I absolutely loved. The highlight for me was the pool, which provided the perfect oasis to relax and cool down from the summer heat. The service was great, and the restaurant offered delicious cuisine. My suite was spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to access the main pedestrian street in Pristina. Despite being slightly outside the city center, it offers easy access from the airport. The restaurant at the hotel offers a surprising variety of fish dishes, despite the city being far from the sea.

One small negative aspect was the occasional lack of sufficient Wi-Fi bandwidth, especially during peak hours when the hotel was full. However, this seems to be a rare occurrence, as it happened when a large conference was held at the hotel.

The hotel's facilities were great, with a pool, gym, spa and sauna available. the breakfast offered many local and international delicacies, including low-carb and gluten-free options. The spacious room was well-lit and had a comfortable bed and a good selection of TV channels.

The hotel's location was not ideal as it was quite far from the city center. there were issues with the air conditioning in the room and the towel rail was coming off the wall.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the glamorous atmosphere, spacious lobby, and elegant furnishings. The room was spacious, clean, with modern amenities. The staff was highly trained, friendly, competent, and helpful. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of local and international delicacies.

I noticed just one minor issue: the furniture in the room needs repairs. Besides, the carpets in the hallway should be cleaned thoroughly.
