This hotel is perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when it came to getting a late check-out time. The rooms were definitely in pristine clean condition and the breakfast was a great value. The location is perfect for business and shopping - it's close to everything you need.

We loved staying here as this place is located near the beach, which was perfect for us to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Moreover, this venue is also situated right by the outside market, where we had an amazing time exploring and shopping for souvenirs. The service here is truly exceptional, from the 24-hour room service to the efficient car hire and dry cleaning services. The housekeeping and grocery shopping services were top-notch, making our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the many in-room amenities, including the mini-bar and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay, with amazing service and an excellent location.

The Spa & wellness centre provided an unforgettable experience, with a variety of treatments like full body massages, facials, and body wraps. The indoor swimming pool was an oasis of calm, and the sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The restaurant surpassed our expectations, with halal food options and a snack bar fulfilling our every craving.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow check-in service. However, the friendly staff made up for it by anticipating our needs and providing an upgrade to a suite with private facilities.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Kuwait for my birthday celebration and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel special. They surprised me with a beautifully decorated room, complete with flowers, balloons, and a delicious cake. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the whole property had a pleasant aroma. The service was phenomenal, from the welcoming reception to the attentive pool staff. Mr. Adel at the front desk treated us with such elegance, something I had never experienced before. Oka, Pereira, and Farhan at the swimming pool were also extremely kind and accommodating. my experience at this hotel was truly exquisite.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. It was great to have a Starbucks coffee on-site too. the location was perfect, being close to the newest mall and all the places we wanted to visit.

The check-in and check-out process was very slow. It would have been helpful if there was more information about hotel services provided during check-in.
