We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful river view from our room, allowing us to enjoy the serene scenery. the hotel's central location made exploring the charming downtown area convenient. Overall, a delightful stay.

Convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and Keurig make the stay comfortable. Friendly staff and a diverse complimentary breakfast add to the pleasant experience.

River view rooms oversold, some disappointment.

When I first stayed here, staff gave excellent tips. Free Wi-Fi, snack bar, fitness center, and outdoor dining suit me perfectly. Free airport shuttle is a plus. I return for romantic escapes amidst serene surroundings, hiking, and horseback riding. No smoking, pet-friendly.

We were impressed by the modern and clean facilities at Holiday Inn Express Durango Downtown-Animas River. the location was very convenient for sightseeing and dining, and we particularly enjoyed the river view from our balcony. the staff, especially the day manager Jeff, were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for dining options. the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot breakfast, which included a variety of delicious options like scrambled eggs, small omelettes, sausages, sausage gravy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The facilities were nice, especially the gym and underground parking. The location was fantastic, close to the town center and right by the river.

We stayed at a hotel right next to the beautiful Animas River and had a fantastic experience. the staff at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown went above and beyond, especially our shuttle driver Priscilla. She not only drove us to the hotel but also stopped at the mechanic's shop to help us pick up our car. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and a stunning pool overlooking the river. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable time.
