On one occasion, I had to wait for over an hour for room service to bring an extra blanket, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I had requested a complementary birthday cake on check-in, but it was delivered at night after we had already eaten.

The hotel had a great location for us, it was very close to the airport and also directly connected to a mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. the decoration and furniture were modern and stylish, which we really enjoyed.

Our room had a few issues that affected our experience. the phone in our room was not functional and had to be fixed by maintenance.

This hotel astonished me with its luxurious amenities and outstanding services. the staff welcomed me warmly and efficiently accommodated my requests. the spacious room provided a spectacular view of the surrounding greenery and had modern furniture. the lavish spa center offered a range of treatments, including Full Body Massages, and Body Wraps. the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area was serene and at my convenience. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to various shops and restaurants.

The only minor issue was that the room service took slightly longer than expected to fulfill my order for a special dietary menu. this one instance did not detract from the overall experience.
