The location of Grand Hyatt was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and shopping options. The rooms were luxurious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. The hotel had a unique and impressive decoration, with remarkable art pieces and canvas throughout. The room size was spacious and the furniture was stylish and new. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.

On one occasion, I had to wait for over an hour for room service to bring an extra blanket, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I had requested a complementary birthday cake on check-in, but it was delivered at night after we had already eaten.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just 7 minutes away from the airport. The direct access to the nearby 360 Mall was a huge plus, offering a variety of restaurants and shops to explore. The hotel's extraordinary decoration, filled with beautiful art pieces and canvas, added to the overall ambiance. The room size was incredibly spacious, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring a pleasant experience. For a newly opened hotel, our stay was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this hotel for all our stays in Kuwait.

This hotel astonished me with its luxurious amenities and outstanding services. the staff welcomed me warmly and efficiently accommodated my requests. the spacious room provided a spectacular view of the surrounding greenery and had modern furniture. the lavish spa center offered a range of treatments, including Full Body Massages, and Body Wraps. the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area was serene and at my convenience. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to various shops and restaurants.

The only minor issue was that the room service took slightly longer than expected to fulfill my order for a special dietary menu. this one instance did not detract from the overall experience.
