As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cozy and clean rooms. The friendly staff shared the fascinating history of the place, which has over 700 years of stories. They even allowed us to order dinner from the pub when the kitchen was closed. Totally recommend!

Stayed at a lovely room with good location at Maidens Chambers. the room had all the facilities we needed and was clean. the staff were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the convenience of on-site parking. Great isolation on the top floor above the pub, no noise issue.

I arrived at Maidens Chambers feeling tired and hungry, but unfortunately the pub was too busy for me to grab a bite to eat. Thankfully, there are plenty of nearby options. However, once I entered the room, I was blown away by the beautiful beams and angles of the building. It added a unique charm to my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely white bedding and fluffy towels. The fact that there was a fridge and bottled water provided was an added bonus. Despite facing a busy street, the windows did a great job of keeping the noise out, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I had a fantastic experience at Maidens Chambers and would highly recommend it to others.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just on the outskirts of the old city center. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything there is to see in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful 14th century timber-frame construction and a separate entrance for hotel guests. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the ample parking available for our car.

It was all superb.
