I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait for a family trip with my kids. The hotel's location inside The Avenues Mall was perfect for us, as we wanted to spend time shopping and exploring the mall. The hotel itself is brand new, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was modern and clean. The staff at the hotel were amazing - they were incredibly helpful and efficient, making sure our luggage was in our room in no time. Throughout our stay, they were always available to assist with any requests we had, and their communication between departments was impressive. The exceptional customer service really made our stay enjoyable.

The location is excellent, as it's directly connected to a large shopping mall and everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-appointed with plenty of amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception and security. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The hotel location was excellent - very close to the mall, which was perfect for a night out. the size of the room was also decent and the staff was friendly. One thing that I appreciated was that they gave us complimentary water bottles and chocolates upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

My overall experience was not great. the noise level was high, we could hear crying children in the adjacent room all night long.
