We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karanda Bnb. The hosts, Ron and Lesley, were incredibly accommodating. They even managed to secure a table for us at the fully booked restaurant. The room was exceptionally comfortable and we felt right at home. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to our vegetarian and vegan needs. We appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the opportunity to connect with other guests and the hosts themselves. The stunning view from the hilltop location was an added bonus. we felt well taken care of and enjoyed our time at Karanda Bnb as vegetarians and vegans.

We were lucky to have the great b&b as our residence during our Rotorua stay. the fully equipped b&b had a large kitchen and provided breakfast foods. the spacious living area had a cozy fireplace to keep us warm, and the large private outdoor area had an impressive view of the area. the bed, pillows, and linen were exceptionally comfortable, and the hosts were warm, friendly. the property was very clean and in a nice, quiet location. it was a very pleasant stay at Karanda Bnb.

We had the most amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts, Ron and Lesley, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views over the city. We were even lucky enough to get an upgrade! Ron and Lesley took great care of us, providing everything we needed, including an extra heater when we requested it. The privacy was fantastic, and we enjoyed the spa and other facilities on offer. As a photographer, I couldn't resist capturing the stunning views. We now know where to stay for our next visit to this beautiful location.

Ron and Lesley were the perfect hosts, providing us with valuable information and personalized recommendations for attractions in and around the city. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered during our stay. the accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. We especially loved the breakfast they prepared for us, complete with a variety of delicious foods and even All Black cookies. the location was ideal, close enough to the city for easy access to attractions but still peaceful and serene. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this lovely home.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the breathtaking views overlooking Rotorua and the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment with the balcony provided privacy and seclusion, perfect for a couple. The comfortable bed, clean and tidy accommodations, and well-functioning amenities made our stay enjoyable. Ron and Lesley were gracious hosts, making us feel special and providing helpful suggestions for activities in and around Rotorua. The simple but filling breakfasts and the bottle of NZ wine were a nice touch. we felt safe, rested, and had a wonderful time in this upscale property.
