We had a great stay at Ibis. the reception staff were helpful and provided excellent service. Our room had a nice view of the city and was clean, with tea and coffee service. the location was convenient and despite the wrong pin on Google Maps, we were able to enjoy a nice view from our high-level room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was amazed by the level of service provided here. Everything was perfect starting from immediate taxi service for just 4KD to the prompt room service and great housekeeping staff. This venue is also situated near the city center which is quite convenient for travelers. Furthermore, the facilities such as the fitness center and helpful staff agreed to a 1 pm checkout extension which was much appreciated. All in all, this place provided a great experience and I recommend it to all.
