our recent city break in kuwait was made even better by our stay at this hotel. grand exceeded our expectations with their amazing mattress, warm staff, and lovely room view. highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Located near a peaceful beach. Welcoming staff. Comfy beds, good for families. Breakfast was tasty. Beautiful spa with top-notch services.

The hotel is located in a convenient place with a nice view of the sea from the windows of some of the rooms. The breakfast buffet is quite decent with a fair variety. Some of the staff members at the hotel are helpful and kind.

The front desk staff members are unprofessional, which sometimes can make you feel unwelcome.

The breakfast buffet at Grand was delicious with many options to choose from. Even though I arrived early, the hotel offered breakfast as a courtesy, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location and sea view from our room were simply stunning. The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful, offering to upgrade us to a better room at no extra cost. The room itself was luxurious and well equipped with plenty of amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, particularly the massage and beauty treatment services. The dining options were fantastic, particularly the breakfast which was both delicious and reasonably priced.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated in a key area, close to popular attractions and easily accessible. This made it easy for me to explore the city and take in the Christmas festivities. the room was clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. there was a lack of bellboys at the hotel.

Perfect beachfront location, daily varied breakfast options, amazing sea view from rooms, suitable for business and leisure travelers. Mattress quality is exceptional. Family facilities are lacking, limited selection for children at breakfast, busy road near the hotel poses a safety concern. Despite a slight overpricing, overall a good stay with helpful staff and quick check-in/out process.

The room at Grand Hotel was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kettle and coffee in the room. Had a great time during Easter! Two complimentary drinks and chocolates upon arrival were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the beach was just a short walk away. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, which had stunning views of the city.

Although the hotel had a lot of positives, there were some things that could be improved. The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom was small.
