The rooms were spacious and just the right size for a comfortable stay. the hotel staff were always friendly and had a positive attitude, making the overall experience quite pleasant. the location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby attractions easily accessible.

The breakfast offered at the hotel fell short of expectations. the quality of the food was below average and some items, like undercooked pancakes and burgers, were not suitable for a 5-star hotel.

This hotel has an unbeatable location on the beach, with three pools to choose from. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with Jacuzzi and spectacular views. The breakfast is included in the price and even vegetarians will find plenty of delicious options.

We loved the spacious room for kids to play in and the variety of options for breakfast. The view from our room was breathtaking. we had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Nice recently refurbished property in a great location with a variety of nearby dining and shopping options. Features child-friendly areas, clean swimming pools, and a fully equipped gym. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and helpful staff. Recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The location was also convenient, as it was close to a popular shopping mall and several restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing atmosphere.

There were some negative aspects to my stay as well. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with some areas not being properly cleaned.

The hotel I stayed at on my recent trip to Kuwait had everything I wanted and more. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach and close to Arabella mall for shopping or eating. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a variety of options. Plus, there were so many facilities to enjoy, such as the world-class gym and swimming pool.

I did notice a slight issue with the parking area being chaotic at times.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities provided. From the indoor and outdoor swimming pools to the sauna and spa lounge, everything was top-notch. the location was fantastic with beach access and a beautiful sun terrace with sun loungers. the staff were also extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the restaurant and poolside snack bar served delicious halal food, and the breakfast spread was impressive.

The only minor negative aspect was that the public bath and leisure/TV room were not as luxurious as we had hoped. this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience that we had at this venue.
