Spacious, clean apartment with complete kitchen facilities. Assistant manager Mohammed Fathy provided excellent check-in assistance and even sent a gift for my children. Impressed with the modern design and beautiful decorations. Family suite room 1401 had its own balcony and jacuzzi ensuite. Staff quickly resolved WiFi issue.

We loved how close this place is to the beautiful beach and the fact that it's situated in a quiet residential area where we could buy everything we needed at normal prices. The room amenities were great, including the kitchen with its complete set of everything we needed. The staff, especially the receptionist, were friendly and helpful, while the room was spacious and clean.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the two complementary drinks offered on our arrival. the hotel was located very close to many restaurants and shops, which was quite convenient. we enjoyed the fact that the hotel provided a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals.

the bathroom shower area was very small and the water flooded the entire bathroom each time one of us took a shower. the location of the property was not ideal as it was situated in a bachelor and workers area.
