I got great value for my money at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and courteous.

Comfortable bedroom, super-fast checkin/out, great meeting venue, outstanding service, particularly Ms Leila at F&B. The best of the menu was definitely the ravioli and they do an excellent home-made lemonade.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Bishkek for a few nights for a business trip. The staff, except for security, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the club lounge and breakfast were exceptional. The ladies working there were professional and went above and beyond to assist us, even delivering cocktails to the club lounge free of charge. Their kindness and support made our stay special, and we are grateful for their hospitality. The location is also great, and the hotel has a nice pool.

The guest services were also very efficient in getting my laundry done. a wonderful experience.

Additionally, there was a huge park nearby, which was great for taking leisurely walks. The room itself was very comfortable, with both a sitting area and a desk area, in addition to the sleeping area. The hotel staff were exceptional, particularly the ladies in the Club Lounge and at breakfast. They were very professional and provided excellent service.

It was very small and barely had enough space to move around. I also found it frustrating that breakfast was not included in my stay and the price they offered for the buffet breakfast seemed overpriced.
