I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily go for tapas and take a leisurely walk by the river in the evening. The staff were super helpful and kind, providing excellent service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a terrace with a dining table, and soundproofed rooms for a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries and well-equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. The staff even provided tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for me to explore all the city had to offer. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to all. It exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

I recently stayed at Sercotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was stunning, with open-air hallways and beautifully designed shared spaces. The room itself was thoughtfully designed, with two entrances to the washroom, two separate sinks, and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows offered a view of a nearby church, and the wooden beams in the ceiling added a charming touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions, shops, and streets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool on the roof provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. a great place for a family stay!

We had a fabulous stay at a lovely location in Granada. Sercotel provided clean and well-furnished rooms for self-catering. the staff were super helpful and accommodating, making our family stay even better. the pool with its great view of the Sierra Nevada was a definite highlight, especially in the heat of late June. the amenities, such as the comfortable beds, fresh linen, and coffee machine, added to our enjoyable experience. the convenient access system and private parking were also a plus. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved the modern and well-designed interiors of the hotel, making our stay super comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious room with two queen beds was perfect for couples, and the rooftop pool offered a breathtaking view of the city, providing a perfect spot for relaxation after a hot summer hike. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the historic center, with a wide variety of great breakfast places just around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand new, modern apartment. the facilities were top-notch and the bed was super comfortable. the apartment was spacious and provided great value for the cost. We were especially impressed with the helpfulness of the girl at reception. the daily cleaning service kept the apartment immaculate, which was a wonderful treat after a long day of travel. the location was perfect, and the check-in process was easy. We loved the convenient access system that didn't require keys.

We especially enjoyed the terrace with its swimming pool, offering stunning views of the Sierra Nevada.

Recently stayed at Sercotel Suites for a weekend getaway. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street, making it a perfect retreat. The staff was professional and helpful, and the suite was incredibly spacious. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the WIFI signal was strong. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient to prepare meals, and the beautiful bathroom had an excellent shower. The receptionist provided great suggestions for tapas and evening walks by the river. Highly recommended for a stay in Granada.

Our suite at Sercotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Silvia and Jose at reception. Despite the hot weather, they provided excellent tips and directions for our stay in Granada. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city by foot. We would definitely consider returning to Sercotel in the future.

We were also let down by the inconsistent Wi-Fi and the lack of a plug-in slot for all our electronics. However, these drawbacks were overshadowed by the overall positive experience we had at Sercotel.
