I had a fantastic stay at the heart of Bishkek. The hotel's loving decor and atmosphere made me feel like I was living in the style of a Russian colonialist, without actually being one. The staff, especially Sanath, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The cleanliness of the property, with its hand-made carpets and homely touch, added to the overall experience. The location was excellent, with shopping areas and historical sites within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved escaping the hustle and bustle in the specially designated spots. The bar was great for meetings and waiting. The hotel had 3-star accommodations with a shared lounge and terrace. It felt like a vacation with maximum comfort. The building itself was an architectural monument from 1934.

Such a shame they didn't have a floating unicorn pool toy for me to ride in the lounge.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms even providing slippers for guests to wear. Lastly, the location of the hotel was superb, with restaurants and major attractions nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the city center. It was near the city centre and within walking distance to Osh Bazaar as well as Dardoi market. Next to it is a very good Frunza restaurant. The room was beautifully decorated in a traditional Kyrgyz style and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to help. Despite some minor issues, the breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day.

The rooms were spacious and had excellent blackout curtains. The staff were very welcoming and provided helpful suggestions. The breakfast spread was delicious and they even offered to make personalized dishes. I highly recommend this beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel.

There were minor issues with the hot water taking some time to heat up and the view from room number 1 not being ideal. Additionally, the Wi-Fi reception in certain areas of the room was not the best.
