We had a luxurious stay at this venue, with its exclusive amenities meeting our every need. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, with staff always on hand to help with our requests. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, with invigorating full body massages and relaxing steam rooms. The restaurant provided delicious breakfasts with an impressive variety of options. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of private facilities in our room. However, this was not a major inconvenience as the Spa centre provided ample opportunities for us to enjoy some privacy and relaxation.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Bishkek, I was impressed by the convenient location and cleanliness. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The public areas were immaculate, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as average breakfast variety and a not-so-great shower experience, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very central and next to a great shopping mall which was very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious with many varieties and fresh food and drinks. The staff were all great, especially the concierge who was very kind and considerate and helped us solve an issue we had with a taxi driver.

The shower in our room was not the best, with only so-so water pressure and temperature. , the window in our room was very dirty and it was difficult to see out of it.

Breakfast variety, delicious food, fresh drinks. Excellent staff, helpful and kind. Clean, warm, well-equipped room. Convenient location in the city with attached shopping mall. Nice restaurants nearby.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is perfectly located, with its prime location in the heart of the city. It offers easy access to all the main attractions and is surrounded by various shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

One downside is the long waiting time for the elevator, which can be a bit frustrating at times.
