the hostel had a beautiful garden with a pond filled with impressive fish, creating a picturesque atmosphere. One of the highlights was the option to barbecue, which my friends and I took full advantage of. Our room, which had a shared bathroom, surprised us with its smart system. We had full control over the lights and even had the ability to set up music using an iPad. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchen was a great addition. the laundry facilities were also a practical bonus, available at a reasonable price. the hospitality of the host, Walter, made us feel instantly at home. the warm welcome and exceptional facilities ensured we had a memorable stay. I can't wait to return in the future!

Our room, which had a double bed and a single bed, was very spacious, with a table and chairs. We didn't have any issues with the heating system or insulation, so we were comfortable even in February. The location was convenient, with a 5-10 minute walk to the Interlaken Ost train station and a bus stop less than 5 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We also appreciated the option to do laundry for a small fee and to buy cold drinks from the shared fridge. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

He even picked us up from the train station as we had a lot of luggage. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and had direct access to a terrace with stunning mountain views. the kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook our own meals. the breakfast spread was delicious, and there was even a fish pond and a barbecue area to enjoy. we couldn't have asked for a better experience at Walters Hostel.

The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the shared kitchen where I could make my own tea and snacks. The highlight, though, was the delicious breakfast for only 8 francs. I enjoyed a full basket of bread, jam, cheese, and orange juice. Plus, the owner Walter was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
