My partner and I stayed at the Mekong Riverview for a short vacation and were amazed by the adjustable bed in our room. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness, offering free drinks in the mini bar and a complimentary shuttle service. The owner, who clearly loves gardening, created a beautiful environment around the hotel that extended into the neighboring streets. We loved the stunning view of the Mekong river from our room and the delicious breakfast with homemade jams. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore all of Luang's attractions on foot.

We enjoyed having breakfast by the river every morning and the information provided in the room was very helpful. staying at the Mekong Riverview made our visit to Luang Prabang even more special. The hotel was located slightly out of the way from the main stretches of road that are the most touristy, which made for a pleasant ten-minute walk. The location of the hotel, at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers with views of mountains in the background and a sandy beach with a Bamboo bridge in front, was truly picturesque. It was also conveniently within walking distance to the main town areas. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including the best croissants and crepes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I really appreciated the complimentary services provided by the hotel, such as the transport to downtown locations and the free afternoon tea and cake.

The shower in my room didn't always have consistent hot water, which was a minor inconvenience. It would have been nice to have a greater variety of options for Christmas Day lunch, such as traditional fruit cake.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely small hotel on the Mekong. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main strip but still quiet. The hotel facilities were great, with clean rooms that had a writing desk and books to read about the area. The transportation options were convenient, as they provided free bicycles for us to use and even had a child seat for our little one. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast at their riverside cafe was a highlight, with delicious croissants and a nice cup of coffee.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff, they always had a smile and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect, right by the river and close to all the attractions. the breakfast was delicious and had a stunning view. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and cozy room. a fantastic experience!

During my stay over New Year, I really enjoyed the fantastic views of the river from the hotel. the location was also key, being in a quiet part of the old town. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, mini-bar, and a terrace or patio to relax and enjoy the garden views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The dining experience at the restaurant was delightful, with a delicious breakfast each morning and a well-stocked bar/lounge area. the service and hospitality at this venue were exceptional.

I stayed at this lovely boutique hotel and I have to say that the location was absolutely perfect. It was just off the beaten path, but still close enough to all the major sites. The view of the river was breathtaking, and I loved being able to watch life on the rivers unfold from my breakfast spot. The pictures of this place that I saw in the brochure and online were exactly like what I experienced in person. It was truly a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I could easily explore the beautiful historic area, and I was right next to Luang Prabang's most stunning monastery. The room was spacious and comfortable, with adjustable beds. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. I also enjoyed borrowing their good quality bikes to explore the town.

One small drawback was that the receptionist did not greet us with welcome drinks upon arrival.
