The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to everything in the downtown area. It is also directly on the Nam Song river, providing a stunning view from the rooms.

Enjoyable xmas stay with decent sized clean rooms, hot chocolate and lovely breakfast. Convenient location near the bridge over the river. The option to stay on the lower grounds afforded peace and quiet, whilst still being in the heart of the action.

The view from the lower ground rooms are poor and there's no view of the river. , there are no Christmas activities, decorations, lights or special meals in the hotel.

Breakfast to die for, comfy room with a view, warm pool to soothe my aching bones. The staff is a delight, especially Eddie the bartender who mixes some killer drinks!

The resort is nestled by the river and provides a peaceful oasis in the midst of a bustling town. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food served at the restaurant was of top quality and the service was excellent. Even when there was a power outage, the staff managed to still serve us with a smile. I especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, from the gardeners to the front desk team led by Ms. Noi. They were genuinely interested in our experiences and provided useful recommendations. One highlight was the ethical elephant trip, which was a unique and memorable experience. Another standout was Mr Addy and his bar staff, who provided great drinks and took us out on their day off to experience a local rocket festival. This unexpected gesture made it one of the best days of my five months of traveling.
