This hotel is a true sanctuary in the middle of the city. The location is central to all main sites, and it's a short walk to the centre. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. The rooms are decorated with traditional elements and have a lovely terrace. The bed is relatively comfortable, and the hotel provides anti-mosquito spray, which shows their attention to detail.

All aspects of this hotel were more than okay.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Luang Prabang that is situated in a great location, very close to the historical center and the famous Night Market. The hotel itself feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city, with a beautiful garden surrounded by bamboo screens. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a mix of European and Lao dishes, and there were water coolers around the hotel to avoid using plastic bottles.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a problem with the shower, as the water didn't get hot. Although the staff quickly attended to it and fixed it, I believe such issues should be checked before guests check in.

Great location near shopping and dining areas. the hotel also offered a nice breakfast and a beautiful view of the lotus pond. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The rooms and facilities were quite outdated and worn out. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from other guests.

We had an incredible stay at Sanctuary Hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a short walk away from the night market. The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent hot water in the shower. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
