The front desk staff were incredibly hospitable and kind, always asking if we were okay. One staff member even went out of his way to provide us with a bag of ice. The hotel exceeded expectations with its affordable price and included a delicious breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. We loved the tiles in the room, bathroom, and throughout the hotel. The pool was great, with comfortable sunbeds and fresh towels provided. The staff even brought around cold water in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near the main street and night market.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is located on a small and quiet street which made for a peaceful stay. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service with room service, housekeeping, and laundry. The manager was especially helpful in providing tours and special diet menus. The leisure swimming pool was also a great feature, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. this place provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our stay at Sunrise Garden House was enjoyable. The location was convenient and close to the night market and national museum. The outdoor pool was fabulous, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and the room was well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Luang Prabang.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is so close to everything but in a quiet location that you felt like you were part of the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a cozy pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for places to visit and assisting with scooter rentals. The breakfast spread is filling, and the overall ambience of the hotel is welcoming and relaxing.

The room lighting could use some improvement, as it is either "all on" or just a couple of bedside reading lights.

The breakfast was tasty, and we appreciated that it was included in the room rate. the rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. the location was convenient for exploring the local area and catching the alms ceremony. the pool was a great feature, offering a refreshing way to cool off from the heat.

The bed was also slightly tilted, which made us feel like we might roll off. Finally, there was a lock issue with our door on our last day, which was resolved with the help of the staff but left us battling mosquitoes all night after the balcony doors were left open.
