The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, in a very busy street with bars right below. This location is perfect for exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the city and enjoying the nightlife. The rooms on the first floor come with a jacuzzi, which is a great addition for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The rooms are newly furbished and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and safe. The staff is hospitable and always available, ensuring a pleasant stay. Complimentary water in the minibar is a nice touch.

The location of the property is perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, close to all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore the city on our bikes.

I had the most delightful stay at this quirky and comfy hotel in the heart of Chueca. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. The rooms were designed with unique country themes, adding a charming touch to the experience. I absolutely loved the adjustable window at the roof, controlled by a remote, adding a touch of luxury. The shower vents inside the wall made it comfortable for my children as well. The cleaning was impeccable, and the cleaning lady deserves applause for her efforts. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and a plethora of bars and restaurants nearby.

While the room was a bit small, it didn't detract from the overall experience. Additionally, there was some noise at night, but it didn't bother me much considering the bustling area.

The location was mind-blowing, within walking distance of all the nicest places in the city center. The helpful staff made our stay super enjoyable. The restaurant served jaw-droppingly good Spanish cuisine. Free drinks in the mini-bar were a pleasant surprise. The modern and chic room offered great value for money.

the staff at reception was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to leave our luggage and join a free 2 hour city tour with an English speaking guide, while we waited for our room to be ready. This gesture was not only convenient, but also provided us with a great overview of the city center. the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city during our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice walk-in shower and a spacious wardrobe. our experience at this hotel was pleasant and I would definitely recommend it.
